1. ALWAYS remember to contact me right away if you are planning on moving, or you are losing your home due to this terrible INJUSTICE.  Please be sure to keep in touch with me with your updated phone, address, and e-mail information.
2. Please be sure to write a letter and have it ready for this next session.  When it's time to go to the Hearings, please be sure to bring at least 30 copies of your letter, which are to be presented while lobbying for Anti-Paternity FRAUD legislation.  Be sure to keep your letters limited to one page and stick to the facts. 
3. Please keep an eye on the "UPDATES" page of this website.  I will let you know when we will be going to Sacramento to lobby & attend Hearings.
4. Please send your stories and family photos to add to the CA-CAPF Website to share with Paternity Fraud Victims and others.
5. AB-252 which was authored by Assembly Member Hannah-Beth Jackson and co-authored by Senator Roy Ashburn, has been signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.  The law will go into effect on January 1st, 2005.  AB-252 will provide some relief to a portion of our group of Paternity Fraud Victims.  Unfortunately, because of the way the Bill was written, not all of the Paternity FRAUD Victims will be free of this INJUSTICE.  We've been told that our attendance and work in the Paternity Disestablishment Workgroup with the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) that was held last year (2003) will now not cover the rest of the Paternity FRAUD Victims.  We were told by DCSS, Sue Turek that the report is was on it's way to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, however, to this date, he has never received it!  We are praying that he will take action immediately and put a STOP to ALL PATERNITY FRAUD.
